Network issues

Despite assurances that most services would be back by Friday, we have been hearing of various difficulties members are still  having with access to the UNB network, even as of today when classes have already started. This level of disarray is no doubt as irritating for students and  front-line ITS colleagues as it is for members, particularly as it was entirely unnecessary. Please feel free to use the comments to this post to document your own situation, or let us know in an email, if you prefer.
